I've tried animal flex and super cissus RX
animal flex was alright, I noticed some improvement in my knees and shoulders
cissus seemed to make no difference even after two months
I've left one for three months before i tried cleaning it, it was choc mint mixed with milk, i threw it on top of the cupboard because i couldn't be bothered washing at the time.
Happened to me also, original 60gb model, red light blinked after shutting down.
If you have a warranty then send it back otherwise buy a new one or attempt to fix it yourself.

Choc mint is the only flavour i like, i use ON whey with milk and it tastes great. I tried myproteins choc mint sample and while it wasn't as good it still was pretty decent
