Just use this one up, it's not going to hurt you by taking 8g on workout days and only 5g of off days.

How do you know how much you're consuming if it's a cheat meal? that's probably the biggest thing that's slowing your progress.Try to do a refeed where you know how much you're going to be taking in.
Use protein powder to meet your daily protein requirements. There is no anabolic window. You're fine to eat dinner after your workout. You're not gonna magically lose your gains.
X2 on the fish, multi, and creatine. Wouldn't waste my time with HMB and nitric oxide product. get a pre-workout if you need energy.
