What is the optimum amount of time to be off certain supplements?

I currently have both the Energized Xpand and the Regular Xpand. I use the Energized version pre and the Regular post.

Is there enough Creating in Dymatize Xpand...about 4 - 5g. Or would additional CEE sources be added to my supplement stack? How much Creatine is optimum and how much is just a waste?

Is there enough BCAAs in ON 100% or should I add more BCAAs to my shake? How much BCAAs is optimum or how much would just be a waste?

I bought the 2lb tub just to try out...

Almost felt guilty taking it...taste so close to the real thing. Any other ON 100% Whey flavors worth trying?
