Why don't you work one muscle a day ? It works excellent when beginning. I've been lifting for a year and half and still work a muscle a day, 5 days a week. It gives great gains.
If you're feeling like to puke it may be you're doing it too fast, otherwise it may be just you. I once did them not that slow and felt bad after. Gotta have care with neck exercises.

I did a lot of research and finally got the best weight gainer around. I finished it a week ago, I trained very hard while taking it, I took 4 servings a day 2 scoops each and eating like a horse....
I take 40 mins training biceps, is that too fast or ok ?
Whats the mininum and max it should take, as for any body part ?
