Do cardio after a workout, although I do walk on the treadmill or go on the bike for a few minutes to get the blood flowing pre workout.
And yes, if you're going to mix the two get unflavored...

Same, I've done mma for a few years, Krav for around a year. stopped both around April to focus on bodybuilding, I miss it for sure though
