Personally, i would add a bit more mass.
It's hard to tell, as the above poster stated, BUT i can definitely see some improvement.

Maybe it has to do with Muscle Memory
If you have a skinny-pack, you're most likely not fit, just skinny.
If you have a six pack, along with a good amount of muscle mass, it's safe to say that you're fit.
I'd say go on a cut.
Once you get down to at least 200, i can see you looking like a real beast.
