I just saw a guy progress pics on other forum, he did a dirty bulk and most of his gains were fats, his weight shouldn't let him cut ( 152 lbs ), but all the people who replied told him to cut, then...
i dont want to be that big, neither that small...it's good weight for my height.
and my body will look good...when it's defined at 170lbs...rather than 200-or 230 etc..
This happens when your muscles get weakened for some reason...You have to see a dr. to get a referral to a PT. If you can't do this, ask someone at the gym what exercises you can do to strengthen...
