Off the bat, I will say that if you are natty you will not be able to stay as lean as that. but you can stay leaner then normal. For biceps the best thing for an "illusion" of volume would be hummer...
And I said that fat pwo is fine even for a natty. For crying out loud at the end of the day its IIFYM ... I fkn eat icecream 2 weeks out a show... you are making an issue out of nothing, just because...
