most people dont get bigger because they just want to look bigger.. to get bigger you have to get stronger and to keep getting stronger you have to tighten things up like your diet/routine
lean meats bro tuna/chicken/turkey eat every 2 hours small portions and lots of water cardio 5x a week and make sure you keep lifting hard plain and simple

how i look at is pretty simple if i ever lost motivation id always think its better to push through it and at least know every day i go hard instead of just not trying... makes you feel alive ya know?
