I put a good amount of silicone lub on the guide rod. The weight carriage moving is good.

It's fine for a home lat pulldown.

The weight carriage moves freely i only heard a little noise i guess it's normal (the friction between the chrome guide and the plastic part inside the weight carriage)

The lubrication last only for a workout.

Maybe i have to spray more product.

I use silicone spray on the chrome guide.

The lubrication is not enough, i guess i should try silicone grease.

i expect to get that kind of cable attachment for low/high pulley.

what's your opinion ? i guess it can also be used for triceps pushdowns and hammer biceps curls
