danke, yeah I'm hoping by the 2nd week of February.
Normally, squat twice a week, bench twice a week, deadlift once a week.
this is called "moving the goalposts" and is infuriating.

well no I can't diagnose what you're doing wrong with your squat without seeing it. Neither can anyone else. Especially with all the GREAT DETAIL you provided.

and when my warmups go up to 300kg+ for the squat, where my working sets are 320kg+....believe you ****ing me I'm wearing my belt and knee wraps for my warmups.
