Loss fat : perfect diet 6 days a week, cardio 3 days a week 45 min 140 bpm. gym 4 days/w 20 x 4 each muscle.

GNC stores are not commercializing any more Leukic, they say it will be substitute for another product.......Would be for Myobuild?
Are them similar?
