We have the exact same Life Fitness station so I figured I would give this a try tonight. I managed to get 4 but as usual it is much harder than it appears ;)
Interesting. I have only used paused squats as a warm up... to loosen things up and get deep.

Interesting comments regarding goals. I was the same way last year... all over the map. This year has been dedicated 100 percent to BB style training. I haven't touched heavy deads, squats or flat...

I can only imagine your frustration level with this injury. I hope you heal fast and can get things in order before the comp but obviously your health is the key concern.

I like the 20 rep pendlays... I find 20 reps of anything once in a while feels good.
