Monday: Chest Day
Flat BB Press: 115x10 135x10 205x6 255x2 275 x 1
Incline DB Press: 50x10 65x10 85x8 95x8
IDk what this workout is called but I grabbed a 45lb plate, held in the middle...
Everything is looking better overall, but my main power lifts are dropping, dead lifts and squats. Althouth I did cut some calories out of my diet recently, but I didn't notice any muscle depletion
Day 4: Back
Dead lift: 135x8 225x6 315x6 405x3 405x3 405x2 (At the end of my bulk in Febrauary, I hit 495lbs for singles... I can even do 455lbs anymore =( Cutting sucks )
Lat Rows: 3(225 x 8)...
Day 3 Chest: I puked that morning, but still had an amazing sesh.
BB flat Chest Press: 135x15 185x11 205x8 225x6 185x5 135x6
BB incline chest press: 135x12 185x8 185x8 then followed by a drop...
Note: you won't see my add biceps in my workouts because I started doing them every day in between workouts... Results so far? i went from 16'' to 16&1/4 in a month so far =D

Caf raises 3(135lbs x 20)
