Just went through my first shot with BPI's 1 M.R. Now I'm a pretty big guy, 6'6" 240 and also was in the middle of a bsn xplode cycle having to take 3-4 scoops.

Took 1 MR (recommended 1 scoop)...

Anyone have any reviews on comparison of BPI 1. M.R to Jack3d. Have read some on how they were both similar but I am interested in any other peoples take on either of them.
