    .. and lets say i workout 5 days a week and rest 2 days.

    for me to gain weight i have to eat 500 cals on top of my maintenance .....

    1 lb = 3500 cals

    how true is this? so for me to bulk i have to have 3500cals in exxcess in that week to gain 1lb... right? is that what that means?
