Good stuff!! In process of making my amends. Finished up my 4th about 3 months ago. Did my 5th over a period of a few weeks. 6 then 7 on to 8 and now working 9. Life changing to say the least.

Nice work! DOMS now my issue when it hadn't been before. BCAA'S helped me. Also, DC stretches right after training. Different and a little excessive but they kept soreness/tightness away for next...

Had a set of these way back when I was really working hard at this thing and lifting some pretty decent weight. I had misplaced them along the way so I made another set recently.
