Looks good to be mate...im going to like to hear your results with Vitargo CGL, because when i tried it i got nothing out of it and was expecting good things from it.

Check out NOS2 by BCSlabs..i used this straight after using no-xplode and i got alot more out of NOS2, don't get me wrong no-xplode is an ok product but not the best NO product out there.

Just woundering what peoples cardio rountines looked like while cutting>>

Heres mine:

10 weeks out - 4 weekly sessions
30 mins each

8 weeks out - 5 weekly sessions

1. deadlift
2. bb bench press
3. squat
4. wide grip chin
5. db side laterals
6. bb curls
7. skullcrushers
8. hanging leg raises
9. db shoulder press
10. incline db press

I think CEE is a good product and does work very well for some ppl. Also i think glutamine is a very good supplement if used at 30-50g a day..

Looks like and intersting product...i'll have a think about it over the next couple of days and have abit of a study.

Im not a massive supplement user but the one product i really didn't like was the old hydroxycut...

I have never tried that product but heard good things about it..i always use BCSlabs E-bomb 2 which gives great strength, size gains and a slight decrease in BF %.

I think ZMA is an ok product..not to sure about its affects on test levels tho.

Wow man thats alot of supps...if you have them all then use them, but maybe next time just stick with the basics and see how you go.
