I often do deadlifts at the end of my workout and work up to a 1rm or a 3rm. No sets or linear progression, once every 2 to 4 weeks I'll max out and between that I'll do regular workouts like squat...

Quite a bit of revision but I'm only getting 5 GCSEs this year and the rest in Year 11 so I've got Religious studies, Food Tech, Maths, English Language and Core Science with BIO, PHY, CHEM next...

I'm predicted 4A*s and 5As with one B in French (which will probably go up, only in year 10) as well as an A in AS Business Studies even though I'm taking it one year early.

Can dunk a tennis ball on a 10ft rim and can grab rim with 2 hands. I just need to grip the ball better and I'll be dunking easily.
