I try to stay away from liquid calories just because a lot of the time its empty calories (sugar, especially like fruit juices that are suposedly healthy are a lot of sugar usually) and like others...

looks like youve got a lot of mumscle under there, id go for some cutting and see how it looks, then see if you want to bulk from there and maybe bulk again and cut agin if need be :)
i usually do a few pull ups but can't do that many reps of them so do like 4-5 pull ups then a few sets of pull downs
probably combo of both, for gymnastics i have to do a lot of both and they both help with stuff like that.
