I am actually testing this approach...
1. After my first round I lost about 6lbs, but I did less cardio (most of that loss was glycogen and water obviously).
2. For some reason I gained...
I ate about 200g of protein in less than an hour yesterday and somehow I can tell that it was absorbed easily.
I am cutting btw.
Furthermore, last week I did not notice any negative consequences...
Sometimes it's boring (walking), sometimes there's a little pain (butt), but it's manageable.
