17-18 cut or bulk is up to you. I think you have enough to cut and look decent but at the same time you don't NEED a cut you could bulk and get bigger first. Depends on what you want
Like the post above me it's really about how you are interested. Personally if I were in your spot right now I would keep cutting. You can be shredded by spring night as well right?
