I was wondering who uses Mary Kay makeup in here.. How do you feel about it ?

It all depends on your goal. Fat loss or muscle gain?? I would have a protein shake with some healthy fats (peanut butter is my 1'st choice)
I ate the same exact thing everyday for about 12 weeks and didn't have a problem with that :) Less to worry about counting your macros everyday
If you choose to increase the fat in your diet, make sure to include other sources of good fats.. not only PB

Yes.. it means your digestive system is working well... I don't think the types of food matter much I eat enough oats, brown rice, and green veggies and my digestive system is slow :(

Are you on a strict cutting diet or just watching what you eat? SF/FF yogurt is ok in moderation :)
