I dont see how you can do shoulders 3x a week. when i hit my shoulders i cant even lift my arms for days. and then on chest day, i do alot of inlcine so i put alot of strain on my shoudlers so...

my philosophy, train each bp till you cant even lift it. if it takes 30+ sets, then do that many sets. I love high volume, plus i fail on every set
