I do not work my forearms seperately and i've heard most ppl say you don't need to(especially sense you work them when you do Bi's), but my forearms haven't grown a whole lot so i was just wondering...

dude don't try to lose any weight, especially when your that young, i mean your not fat or anything. EAT MORE get bigger then maybe getting cut, but by all means get big before you worry about...

I loaded 25g a day for 3 days, i take it with water after a workout, of on rest days just with some carbs, i drink a lot of water like 10 glasses probably, and i take about 3.5 grams a day.

I used to do a split i really like it was
day 1 tri's and bi's
day 2 legs
Day 3 shoulders
day 4 rest
day 5 chest and back
day 6 rest
day 7 rest
yea i know i'm just sayin you don't burn a lot of calories, and the rule of thumb is try not to eat 2 hours b4 you go to bed.
