    currently 5'8 176-178 lbs, just finished bulking for nearly a year and been dieting around 3 weeks from 182 lbs so thats minimum 4 lbs lost!

    its just slowed down a lot from the initial water...

    first week was at 4500 calories
    dropped to 4250 - gained weight
    4000 - gained more
    3750 - gained more
    3500 - gained more

    people only suggest 1g per lb of bodyweight...

    people only suggest 1g per lb of bodyweight because having that amount, which is really high.. makes up for the fact all that protein will not be the highest grade and full of amino acids
