    I personally wouldn't consider something like 2 chicken breasts, fish and a few eggs 'a lot of meat'.. a lot of guys will eat 8-10 eggs, 2 breasts, fish, mince and shakes on top!! Including myself!...

    if you can hit 2 chicken breasts, some fish and 2-4...
