whats your height also whats your big three lifting stats. bench as well I saw ur squat and deadlift stats . 190 may be abit above 10%. for example im 6"0 and weight 80kgs 180lbs and im 15% bf...
introduce more cardio...but lose gains...lift more weights maybe ...higher reps...damm guy sounds tuff..
