Yep. I feel like i binge nightly and feel like i ate so much But in reality im still on a caloric deficit.
Nah. The book still wants you to be strict. Lean meats, protein, veggies, etc. Theres actually tons of restrictions. Even whey is prohibited other than denatured kind.
I've had good results so far.
And it's the only thing that fits in my work sched since i sometimes dont get to eat til 5pm on my 12 hour shifts.
