This. I'd also advice you navigate over to the women's section and nutritional section. Plus read any sticky that Kimm has posted...she won't steer you wrong.
Reds won it last year, the Brewers in 2011, and the Reds won it in 2010
Hitting isn't Colorado's big problem.
Because if you have a strong bullpen and a weak closer, said pitcher will no longer be the closer.
Very few teams have actually tried bullpen by committee, hence why there is few examples of it. Having a strong all around bullpen is much more important then having a shutdown closer.
As Reds fan, we know the feeling of having our a$$es handed to us by the Giants
Anything can happen! Any team that gets to the playoffs can get to the World Series!!
Excellent point. SPending all your bullpen resouces (i.e. salary) on just one arm is a miss use of funds. Plus bullpen arms at the major league level are highly unreliable. There are many, many...

Sometimes time gets away from you, and you don't even realize it! So there I was, nearing the end of my lifting portion of the workout thinking I would have plenty of time to throw on some cardio...
Happy to hear you can keep the training up, B. The dad in me says heed the doctors advice on lifting too heavy, but I know you well enough that you won't listen :)
And now I post this morning's workout. Kinda frustrated as I don't seem to be dropping any fat, i.e. making the progress I want. But on the flip side, I am only judging by scale weight since I...
