My pre workout is a solid foods meal about an hour to an hour and a half before.

I am thinking

2 scoops ON whey
1 cup oats
2 eggs
water
and every now and then some natural peanut butter for a change.

Twice a day one in the AM and one after my workout.

I have 2 unopened bottles that I purchased about a year and a half ago. There is no date that I can see on the bottles.
