depends how you want it just make sure you can get your protein in if you want a dirty bulk you'll put on fat but if you want less fat dont eat alot of candy
Casien and vitamins and caffine you'll surpress your hunger with a slow low carb digesting protein and caffine for energy and i dont think you'll get enough nurtients from food so get some vitamins...
Squats because you work out your back while you hold the bar compared to deadlift where it barely hits your quads while squats work the whole leg so you almost get the best of both worlds with squats
