Well I went to the bodybuilding.com store and all they had was AST 32x, I got that one. Someone said the only concern about this vitamin was that it had 200+ Iron in it, why is that a concern?

I think I will go with NOW ADAM, but is NOW ADAM made for intensive weight lifters like the AST 32x multivitamin is? If so, I will get NOW ADAM, so if I get that, and maybe the NOW milk thistle...
