What do you consider low carb? <1 or <5 or higher?
HemaVO2 / Potassium Nitrate - look into these two, one is more cost effective than the other. Even on shoulder and back days, veins in my arms are popping.

This. I use Compete/Max Out when fasted in morning that I train. Smaller dosage of a serving when I use stims though.
Definitely would look into your water and overall protein consumption. Foam rolling mentioned above is a great suggestion to add with yoga.
Do you stretch? How much protein/water are you ingesting? How much sleep are you getting?
Diet, nutrition, sleep. As others have pretty much stated. If you don't have a balanced diet, look into a multi-vitamin and maybe some fish oil for the time being.
