I don't like the feel of the pad, and a towel could slip out from the bar. Using the bare bar has always felt the best and gives you the correct feedback.
All these threads about routines (in the exercise forum), and not one titled, "Is this is a good routine to build the size and muscular strength of my legs?"
I believe if people had to retake their driving exams, we would have half the people on the roads. There's no incentive to be a better driver; the police can't catch every bad one!
