The first picture and the last picture were from right after Christmas and at that point, one month into my bulk. The middle 4 pics are from today and im still bulking, now at 180 morning weight, 185...
So today was chest day and I only did one warm up set with 135lbs on decline barbell bench, I then moved on to 225 lbs for 10 reps not even till muscle failure i could have gotten a couple of more....

pretty good abs, u look good from back view too, i would bring that chest up though

no i haven't, im still bulking all winter, then im going to go on my first cut come spring...hoping to get to around 190-195 before i start to cut
yea probably cut more like 30lbs, then you would look good 185lb at 10% for 5'11"= perfection lol
if i was you i would go on a cut, try to get back down to my highschool size, then clean bulk and add more mass
looks really well balanced no weak points, just keep putting on mass !
man i just focus on squats, thats 75% of my leg routine lol, i know i need to start focusing more on calves too... but i will start with squats and do 4 sets not counting warm up, then i will do some...

right now im doing 6-8 reps of 275 and i will do that for 3 sets, thats after 2-3 sets of warm up with 135 and 225
