Take a look at the warrior diet, being using it now for two years during cutting cycles. Kinda easy to keep protein + bcaa intake high during the under-eating stage
The way i look at it is to just base your carbs around your activity level. If your pretty lazy in the day and just go around trolling in misc then yeah cut your carbs but if you're doing a fair...
