Ok, so I've been following stronglifts 5x5 program for the past 8+ weeks.
Last week I managed to push 5x5 on my squat, with increased weight (low bar, as high bar was killing my lower back)....
Researched SL 5x5 and I've decided to get on to that program asap.

Just to note a mesocycle isn't meant to last a month.
I train 3 times a week on average. A mesocycle for me can last 5 to 6 weeks, with the odd injury or doms....
