when I was in my twentys I would just start lifting with lighter weights for a warm-up thought stretching was for ****s, now that im old and do not give a shyt what people think I just do some good...
not eating after i work out gets me really pissed. i could see how someone would think that because i assume most hungry people who just pumped iron probably get mad when they do not eat on time........
