Eating every two hours does not help with gaining weight, proper caloric intake does.
When you can eat, eat as much as you can. If you're still not gaining, eat more.
There's really no such thing as a "dirty bulk", that's just a term people give to gaining weight at all costs. If you do it with even mild intelligence, you'll gain weight where you want it.
