I know a few people who used it. most of them are satisfied. it works well. do not take it very late because you will not be able to sleep. it gives you a lot of energy too. Give it a try.

I tried it mixes well tastes good van and berry (i did not try the chocolate) and it is not heavy on the stomach like other weight gainers. I do not like the package though
