^^^^^^^This is what I do....by no means a pro, just saying what I do and it seems to work well for me. Some people just sip on their BCAA's all day, some do it intra workout.
There's a few schools of thought on this, and I'm by no means a pro but I take a 5g serving (powder) and split it up. I take about a gram pre/on my way to the gym and throw the rest in a water bottle...
