    He trains hard and he does track.. it's possible it's maybe some of the other medication he's taking..

    Interestingly, we've changed his calories a bit. We moved him down to ~2,000 but he lost nothing. Maybe because it's below his BMR. Again, he's lost inches, but I feel he should be losing A LOT more.

    Don't bulk or cut. Just learn to pick up a weight before you do anything with a diet. You're a teenager, you shouldn't be concerned with your eating as long as it's healthy :)
