Really doesn't matter. It only really works when it's fully absorbed in your muscle fibers, so I mean in theory you could take it anytime. But pre and post workout is optimum for maximum absorbtion.
Yeah same here. I find that working my tris and bis on chest and back day really fatigues them to a point that I probably couldn't reach if I just worked them by themselves.
I voted calves. I consistently work my calves everyday I'm in the gym, and I can't wait to get huge, bulging calves with pipeline-like veins popping out all over the place.
