I use Creatine Hcl by Con-Crete and it uses micro dosing so i don't get bloated but it is a major side effect of taking creatine Monohydrate. I'm assuming that's what you take monohydrate
I don't think you would have to do that many sets each workout. Just mix up the curls with barbell, hammer curls cross body and so on. Remember the eccentric part is very important.
