Let's say, you've achieved your desired goal. What do you do next? do you keep cutting, bulking or eat at maintenance? If you want to stay shredded, do you eat at maintenance?
What I meant by 'stomach ache' is the urge to poop, nothing else. Is it common to poop very often while bulking?
Overall, I do love bulking but I kept having these stomach ache in classes unless I let it go. Any tips?
If you don't mind me asking, what do you do for a living?
Is it enough or do I need to do some new variations?
