i am 5' 8" and 160lbs. I am wanting to cut down some fat for the summer. Avi is 10lbs less than present. is 1700 calories too much or too little? thanks, here is ex of what i eat

just wondering if doing my 25mins of cardio before my workout is good enough. it seems after a workout i dont have energy to run, but before weights warms me up and pumps me up.
brought a friend to the gym and he wanted to max of course...and we were "the guy that loads the squat bar then doesn't even go down halfway" i am dissapoint
