Had to post pone todays workout and will do it tomorrow. I got poison ivy on my face and body, went to dr and got some prednisone.

trying to figure out if CM and prednisone are ok...

agreed, personally I needed some off time from last two weeks.



I was doing ibuprofen and ice. I also bought a pair of voodoo bands from Roque, been using that as well
