    Not 100% sure but if i had to guess a number i would go with around 20-25%. I done a body fat calculator and it says for me 6'0 28 years old 6'0 and a waste of a 38" around 22%BF

    My Maros dont look right! (HELP)

    254 x 4 = 1016 calories of protein
    95.4x 9 = 858 calories of fats
    326g of carbs 1306 calories of carbs
    3180=maintenance

    to cut my Calories would be around 2680. To me this seems a little high...
