Craze makes me depressed after my workouts. Well not depressed, but I'm in a mood where I don't want to talk. Anyone has the same feeling? I think my dopamine levels deplete after my workouts.

Stop complicating things even more. Just take 5 grams a day and drink plenty of water and you'll see gains in strength.

the apple flavor is really amazing... it's mellow and nice, but the other flavors are a bit on the sour side.

The Apple pie flavor covers that up really well. I mean really well. That's why I'm not gagging.
